I am a Realtor for Keller Williams in Scottsdale, AZ. I focus in the McDowell Mountain Ranch area of north Scottsdale, but my business takes me all over the valley. In today's world of the financial meltdown aftermath, my goal in 2010, is to help 200 struggling families. 100 of which, to help save their home, the other 100 to help get the right advise to decide if Bankruptcy or Foreclosure is their best decision, if not my goal is to save their credit through Short Sale. I find most people just don't know their options.
My team also sells bank owned Foreclosure homes. We work with many buyers and get them an unfair advantage in buying. That advantage is advanced notice to the coming Foreclosure homes and the secret to writing offers the way banks like to see them, so they get accepted over others.
When the dust settles and this crisis is over, my goal will be to dominate where I live in McDowell Mountain Ranch, DC Ranch and north Scottsdale area.
